A regulation limit following an irregular coastline gave the house the special shape with a cantilever providing views of the water. The extensive house was attempted broken down in scale to adapt to the existing situation. Vegetation has been kept for the same reason. In particular the big chestnut tree by the access atrium influenced the location and layout. By keeping existing vegetation, no intervention has been made in the existing topography.
Building materials used in the villa is white polished celcon which adapts naturally to the surrounding developments.
